All appointments require a 24 hour notice cancellation. Appointments with 24 hour cancellation are eligible for re-scheduling. Payments for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are not eligible to be transferred to another day or time. No refunds.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
